Begin each meditation with track 1, 'Alpha Induction'
This will place you in the perfect meditative state for Hair Growth and will also reduces stress. It's better to start each meditation in Alpha Wave and slowly ease your way down to Delta Wave. This is the reason for the 'Alpha Induction.'

Next, listen to any of the 5 minute tracks (2-25). After listening to the 'Alpha Induction', choose about 3-5 of the 5 minute sessions. For best results, rotate the 5 minute sessions each day. All of the sessions contain frequency 1.05 Hz (the main hair growth frequency), however, each is different and multi-layered. Every track is perfectly mixed and balanced for maximum effect. By rotating the different tracks each day, this will give you complete Delta Wave balance. Everybody is different, and we lose hair for different reasons, so this completely covers all of Delta Wave in multiple combinations.
